Ordering from Hardwood Putters implies the buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The information seen on the Hardwood Putters website are solely for informative purposes. Hardwood Putters is free to change this information at any moment without prior notice.

  1. ORDERS

Before the conclusion of the buying contract, the BUYER must review the specifics of the products illustrated.

In case of an error in the delivery address, the seller cannot be held responsible for the product not being delivered.

The buying contract is considered concluded when Hardwood Putters sends a confirmation email to the buyer. The email contains the buyer’s information, the price of the products bought, delivery costs and the delivery address.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the correctness of the personal details contained in the email mentioned above and to communicate any corrections or changes in a timely manner. In case of an error in the delivery address, the seller cannot be held responsible for the product not being delivered.

  1. PRICE

All of the sale prices shown on www.hardwoodputters.com are shown in Euros and are including IVA.

The delivery costs are not included in the price, but are shown and calculated during the conclusion of the buying process before payment.

The carriers used for delivery will vary based on the destination.

The client accepts Hardwood Putters faculty to modify their prices at any moment, however the products will be invoiced based on the prices shown at the moment the order is created and shown in the confirmation email sent to the client by Hardwood Putters.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payment is possible via the following methods:

  2. Credit Card
  3. Bank Transfer

The order made by the client will be considered actual by Hardwood Putters when the payment centres involved have give their consent. In case of refusal, the order will be annulled. Hardwood Putters accepts all main credit cards. Payment can be made directly via the site or by bank transfer.

  1. DELIVERY
    1. The products listed on the Hardwood Putters website will be delivered within a maximum period of 60 working days from the date in which Hardwood Putters accepts the order.
    2. Delivery times given by Hardwood Putters are indicative. Hardwood Putters strives to respect them. However, delays in the delivery will not lead to the annulment or refund of the order and will not indicate any sort of compensation.

It is the recipient’s responsibility to check the delivery when it arrives and in case of problems with the product to send notice for potential claims. These have to be addressed to info@hardwoodputters.com with  acknowledgement of receipt within (3) three working days from receipt.

  1. RESPONSIBILITY

Hardwood Putters cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, both material and non, which could derive from the malfunction or improper use of the products sold.

The products are described with great precision. The photos of the products are illustrative of the final product. Furthermore, given the mixed nature of wood, the final product could be slightly different from the illustrative image.   1. WARRANTY

The product sold has a 24 month warranty valid from the moment of receipt. The warranty is not valid in case of damage caused by an improper use o in case of normal signs of wear and tear.

  1. RETURNS

The right of withdrawal can be applied from the conclusion of the contract up until 14 days after the receipt of the goods. Refunds are made solely in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year and deductible from your next purchase. The returned product must be in t’s original packaging sealed and intact along with all the accessories and documentation. The return costs are the buyer’s responsibility except for defective new products.

  1. CLAIMS AND DISPUTES

Claims or disputes will always be received with goodwill and it is always presumed. However in case of dispute, the buyer should first contact the seller for an amicable solution.

Hardwood Putters does not assume any responsibility Hardwood Putters assumes no responsibility for disservices due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if they are down to malfunctions and disruptions of the internet, if it fails to execute the order within the time stipulated by the contract.

The following General Conditions of Sale are composed of the totality of these clauses. If one or more of the following General Conditions of Sale is considered or declared invalid by law, , regulation or following a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.

CUSTOMER

The information and personal data is required for distance selling, this information is essential for processing, delivery of orders and preparation of invoices. The lack of information involves the cancellation of the order. The customer data is processed by Hardwood Putters in compliance with the provisions on personal data protection art.13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 and GDPR 679/16.
